1 – 1U servers are priced at $69 for space. For each additional unit that a server takes, add $10 to price of colocation service. (IE: 2U server is $69+$10. 3U server is $69+$10+$10.) Shared cabinet is only accessible by other tenants in same cabinet.
2 – 120v is for auxiliary devices such as switches and external drives/monitors. Servers are not to be plugged into this power source. For 120v power sources needed by servers, please contact us for a formal quote.
3 – $0 setup fee is for designated contracts only. For less than designated term or month-to-month, a setup fee will be added to your first months bill. Setup fees are $100 for a half rack or more and $60 for less than a half rack. This setup fee covers your network allocation, VLAN setup, and an on-site staff member to offer additional aide in datacenter processes. Staff member also available to aide with network and power cable install during setup.
4 – 1Gbps flat rate port includes a single CAT6 cable ran to your cabinet for usage by your own network equipment. Network equipment can be leased to you for an additional fee. 10Gbps flat rate port is also available for an additional fee.
5 – Full rack colocation customers must provide their own power distribution units. Zero-U PDUs are only supplied for racks that are shared between customers.

Are there add-ons available?

  • Have an office in the area? We can get you connected either through 1/10Gb/s fiber optics or a point-to-point microwave connection up to 2Gb/s.
  • Need additional IPs? Provide justification and we’ll get them.
  • Management? We have certified staff on hand with amazing work history available for consulting.
  • Call us for any other needs.

Are there any discounts?

The plans shown on our website have all the current discounts applied as they are available. We may have discounts available for multiple cabinets depending on availability. Call us for more details. We’re constantly upgrading our network and surveying the providers in the area to ensure we stay competitive. We want to keep our customers for the long-haul and that means we’ll provide our lowest cost, every time.

How soon can I get into the datacenter?

We can have you moved into our datacenters within 24 hours of signing up if you’re available to install your equipment. For distant colocations, we provide installation services Monday-Friday from 8-5.

Can I cancel at any time?

Depending on the terms of your service (contract length, month-to-month, etc) we can either cancel free of charge or cancel with a pro-rated cancellation fee.
